About Amir Elmonairy
Amir Elmonairy is a Florida attorney whose practice focuses on criminal defense and personal injury. With a background in public defense, judicial clerkship experience, and civil litigation, Mr. Elmonairy brings a strategic, client-focused approach to representing individuals facing complex legal challenges.
After earning his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2021, Mr. Elmonairy served as a judicial law clerk in New Jersey before returning to Florida to work as a public defender. During this time, he developed valuable courtroom experience advocating for individuals facing criminal charges and navigating the complexities of the legal system.
Mr. Elmonairy also practiced insurance defense, providing him with additional litigation experience and insight into opposing legal strategies. He approaches each case with careful preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting his clients’ rights and interests.
A former member of the Army National Guard, Mr. Elmonairy served from 2009 to 2016. He remains actively involved in the legal community through several professional associations.
